Lobby door key replacement fee is $125.00.
If important items are damaged or missing, we (owners) will do so
replace the item and the guest will be billed for the replacement.
Once the deposit has been received, the guest will receive a confirmation

Close to everything!

Condo was everything it was advertised to be. Clean, comfortable, on the beach. Would stay there again. Very close to restaurants and shops.

The location can't be beat!

This apartment was in the perfect location if you are looking for a quieter spot on the beach. The beach is amazing and we enjoyed it every day. Spectacular views and a large balcony. Huge master suite for privacy. Very spacious living and kitchen area. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation. We had a wonderful time and the only thing we didn't like was leaving! We have already booked for next year! Thank you for everything.

Annual getaway for girls

We had a great time at Villa Madeira. The condo was clean and we love the extra window this endo unit lets in natural light. There were a few things that could be updated. carpets. Furniture. Sliding door. Noisy beds None of this detracted from the fun we had on our trip. Steve was great to communicate with and we would stay here again. Thanks for a nice week!!

Great week

The apartment is very big and spacious. Well furnished with a beautiful view of the sea. It really needs some updates like a new or clean carpet and the air conditioning has a bit of an issue. We had a great stay and the owners were very nice. would stay here again
